These are text messages not included in the subscription and are not covered by the package of free SMS. Fee for sending a single text message is the same for all users of mobile phones and does not depend on your plan or your operator. Premium rate telephone numbers used for short messages are the most commonly used to contests, e.g. SMS voting, purchase a product, get a service or information on promotion, SMS premium payments, to create customer bases, which are later used to carry out promotions and competitions targeted to a specific target group or to develop customer loyalty programs among the brand of a given product or service. They can also be used for multimedia components for mobile phones like polyphonic ringtones or Java applications as well as esoteric and erotic services (SMS chat).
